Invitation

Dear Colleagues,

Thanks to all who were able to reply to our request for favorable dates for the GEOSummit 2008 WebEx Meeting.  We have compiled responses and chosen FEBRUARY 11, 11:00 a.m. EST as our meeting time.  Please plan 4 hours for the meeting. 

Please RSVP for this meeting to sandy  (at)  polarfield.com (yes, no, maybe, partial) so that we may assemble a participants list.  If you would like to submit material for presentation, please indicate this in your RSVP so your name can be added to the agenda.  We will then ask that the slides be forwarded to the SCO (sco  (at)  summitcamp.org) no later than FEBRUARY 4 for review and inclusion in the web presentation package.  Plan on presenting relevant science results (1 slide) and future plans (1 slide) in a 3-5 minute update.  Based on our WebEx tests, slides should be prepared in PowerPoint rather than as .pdf's for compatibility with the system.
